You Are Deep in The Stars - Chapter 52
The old-fashioned wall clock on the wall rotated with a “click-click,” and each click felt like a reminder. Bai Xi hugged the quilt and moved slowly over. He said with a good attitude, “I have really realized my mistake deeply, and I am willing to let you vent your anger.”
“Come here,” Han Zhuo nodded.
Bai Xi rubbed forward, then stretched out his hand from the quilt, clenched his fist very insincerely, and said shamelessly, “Be gentle, just hit twice.”
Han Zhuo held his wrist and pulled him into his arms effortlessly. Then he raised his right hand and slapped him under the waist. It was considered punishment for the little pervert in the bathroom just now— not serious, but definitely not light.
Bai Xi was unprepared for this blow and immediately felt like a cat with its hair standing on end; even his back arched in excitement. If slapping the palms of the hands could be regarded as punishment for teachers and students, then once it changed to another place, it obviously had a more obvious adult meaning. He blushed and covered Han Zhuo’s face with both hands, and then ordered, “Sleep!”
“Two hits will do.” Han Zhuo kissed his ear and moved his hand down, “Who said that just now?”
“Stop touching me!” Bai Xi shrunk uneasily, feeling extremely cowardly, “I, I, I’m not ready yet.”
“I can help you prepare.” Han Zhuo pulled down his pyjamas, revealing a small piece of bare and beautiful skin that shimmered under the lamp.
Bai Xi held his wrist hard, feeling confused and panicked. His brain felt like it was filled with paste. He was temporarily unable to think, so he simply buried his face deeply in Han Zhuo’s arms, trying to pretend all of this, with the help of the darkness, did not exist.
“Why are you so nervous?” Han Zhuo was a little amused. He hugged the trembling body tightly in his arms and called out comfortingly, “Xiao Bai?”
“I’m really not ready,” Bai Xi added gloomily, “I need to be mentally prepared.”
Han Zhuo stroked his back gently, “Huh?”
“Also, this hotel is very dilapidated. It’s not even my own home,” Bai Xi continued to complain, “There’s no sense of a beautiful ceremony at all.”
Han Zhuo had a smile in his eyes, “Then where do you want to be?”
“I don’t know,” Bai Xi hugged him tightly with hands and feet, then added, “But not here.” Not now, because besides the terrible room, he also wore pyjamas with yellow ducks printed all over them, funny pyjamas that had nothing to do with romantic passion.
“Okay,” Han Zhuo kissed his hair, “I accept your opinion.”
“Really?” Bai Xi raised his head, his eyes were red, “You are not allowed to lie to me.”
“How could I force you?” Han Zhuo smiled and shook his head, rubbing his nose with the back of his fingers, his eyes and voice were so gentle. He pulled the quilt aside and wrapped Bai Xi up again, like a warm and chubby silkworm baby, “Go to sleep.”
Bai Xi secretly breathed a sigh of relief. He retracted his chin into the quilt, only revealing his eyes: “Yes.”
Han Zhuo turned off the bedside lamp and lay beside him.
The bustle outside the window continued, and the signboard of the Miami Hotel flashed until it almost became a ball of light, but this was not the reason for the two of them to lose sleep.
A few minutes later, Bai Xi carefully leaned forward and kissed him on the side of his face. Then he found the most comfortable position in his arms as before, and then said with satisfaction, “Good night.”
Han Zhuo smiled and hugged him tightly, “Good night.”
Soft quilt, and soft people.
Time seemed to be soaked in clouds and wine, lingering and warm.
.
Although the matter with Zhou Yong’s family had not yet been resolved, and the meeting on Saturday sounded terrible, life had to go on, so the two of them followed the original plan and took the return train on Thursday after all the contracts were signed.
“Do you want a reward?” Han Zhuo asked him, “Look, you just went out and got such a big contract, it’s amazing.”
“Half of it was for my dad’s sake,” Bai Xi replied.
Han Zhuo comforted him, “At least there was another half.”
“Eighty percent of the other half was due to my looks.” Bai Xi put his arms around his shoulders, “Did you feel that with the enthusiasm of Mr. Qian on the other side, he would have called me his son-in-law after holding my hand?”
“I think so.” Han Zhuo nodded, “But it doesn’t matter. I’m not jealous. Making money is important.”
Bai Xi gave him an appreciative thumbs up. “You know the general situation and is a good wife. I will go back and buy you a bag.”
The wind and snow blew on both sides of the railway, which looked particularly beautiful with its sense of vicissitudes. The surroundings were full of passengers, and they could not discuss the underground warehouse and Shi Tian. Instead, they had a rare, relaxing time watching Peppa Pig for three hours with potato chips and Coke.
