The Ultimate Glitch ~One Man Conquers a Dungeon That Humanity Couldn’t Conquer for Hundreds of Years, in Only Two Hours~ - Chapter 38
Alessandro
Chapter 38
Along the Morgalea border, General Gaius was among the gathered soldiers. Known as Alessandro’s fierce general, Gaius is a giant with a huge ax and a jet-black armor. His bravery was roared and feared by other countries.
“Are you ready?”
“Yes! We can leave anytime!”
As the adjutant said, Alessandro’s army of 100,000 men was lined up spectacularly in front of him, waiting for the time to depart.
Since this march aims to completely conquer Morgalea, 100 warships from the sea and 5 military airship battleships from the sky were deployed.
Isn’t it a bit exaggerated for a small country like Morgalea?, Gaius thought. It also means that failure is unforgivable.
“We’re supposed to leave tomorrow, but since we’re ready, there’s no need to wait.”
When Gaius sent the signal, it was sent to the entire army through his lieutenant.
Known as a great military power, Alessandro’s strong knights advance all at once.
With rumbling steps, they approached Morgalea.

In the Royal Castle of Alessandro, Lois was looking through the documents in his office when Foress came with a report.
“Uhm, so it started, uh?”
“Sir Lois, you seem to be concerned about this march, but are you good with not doing anything to stop it?” Foress was worried about him.
“It is the King’s decision. I will just stay here and hope it’s a success.” Lois spoke coldly. “More importantly, how is the investigation of dungeons going?”
“We are currently searching with all our might, but we have not been able to find anything like a loophole. Because there isn’t any?”
“There is. Let’s increase the number of personnel. Please focus on that for the time being.”
Foress nodded and left the room. Lois got up from his chair to look out his window.
He wondered what the Dungeon Conqueror will do when he sees what was happening.
What they are living could determine the world’s future.

An emergency military conference was being held at the royal castle of the Principality of Morgalea.
Starting with Demituris, the ministers in charge of national affairs gathered with General Orus and other military officials.
“It seems that the fortress along the border is already in a state of war.”
Demitrius couldn’t believe it. “Wait… you’re saying that they didn’t wait for three days?”
The size of their army was overwhelmingly different and their preparations weren’t going well.
“Demituris, have you heard from the new continent’s Dungeon Conqueror? At this rate, it won’t take more than a few days for the royal capital to be attacked!,” said Mars.
A heavy atmosphere fell on the meeting.
“We have no choice but to do something on our own. As an army, we will do everything in our power to stop the invasion,” declared Orus. The meeting was then resolved, with only Demitrius and Orus remaining.
“What do you think, Orus?”
“Alessandro is not joking around. If they come to the capital, they’ll occupy us within three days.”
“We have to surrender early so that the people don’t suffer any damage,” Demitrius replied. “However, I’m afraid of how they’ll treat our people…”
“Do you think Sir Reid will do something to help us?”
“I have no idea. We must protect our country ourselves.”
At the same time, a civil official informed Demitrius that Earl Gloucester, who had burned down Reid’s village, had arrived at the castle after Demitrius summoned him.

“This is Sir Demitrius,” said the official.
With a plump body, he bowed his bald head and asked how Demituris was feeling. His attire was top-notch, but Demituris felt uncomfortable because of how vulgar his smile was.
“Thank you for coming all this way, Earl Gloucester.”
“Of course, you call me and I’m here,” he replied with a grin.
“I’ve heard that you burned down an Ordo village. Is that correct?”
“An Ordo village?,” the Earl laughed. “There was a group of Ordos within the territory that was rebellious.”
“And so you applied the National Security Law, is that right? Even if it’s not in place anymore?”
“I don’t know the details, but there is no doubt that it was a group that was hostile to the state. Is that why I was called here?” He smiled again. “I acted for the sake of my country. You must understand that.”
“Even if that outs the nation into a crisis?,” asked Demitrius. “A crisis? What are you talking about?” He was upset.
Demitrius didn’t lose his calm. “This is a message from the king. Earl Gloucester, disobeying the king’s orders and disregarding the laws of the country is unacceptable. Your rank and all territories will be confiscated until further notice.”
“What? What did I do wrong?” Gloucester approached Demitrius, furious. But the Prime Minister rang the bell on his desk and guards entered from outside the room and restrained Gloucester. The Earl twisted in rage. “ Sir Demituris, the ones I attacked were Ordos! They weren’t Morgaleans! The country’s laws shouldn’t apply to them!!”
Demituris was amazed that he could say such a thing without being embarrassed. “Please, reconsider…”
The guards forcefully took the writhing Gloucester out of the room. The screaming continued, before quieting down after a while.
Demitrius was full of regret. “If only I had done this sooner…”
