The Ultimate Glitch ~One Man Conquers a Dungeon That Humanity Couldn’t Conquer for Hundreds of Years, in Only Two Hours~ - Chapter 31
The Ordos
Chapter 31
The prisoners were kept in a room with a high ceiling, in the basement of the castle. It was dim and large and all the prisoners had their hands and feet bound so they couldn’t move.
Alan flicked his tongue in frustration while the others were silent, exhausted.
The adventurers were sitting diagonally across from where Alan and the others were sitting. In the group, Gustav looked down at his restraints.
“They’ve tied us up in a way I’ve never seen before…”
“Yeah, I can’t get rid of them,” answered Karl. His arms were red and swollen because of how many times he tried to break free.
“And there were way more soldiers than expected,” continued Gustav.
When they were all brought into this room, they saw dozens of knights besides the archers. They were all well-trained and disciplined, although they couldn’t see their faces behind their helmets.
“It doesn’t seem like just any castle, but more like a royal one.”
As they were talking, the door slammed open and light flooded into the room. With narrowed eyes, they saw the blue knight, a young man in civilian clothes and a girl wearing a hood.
“Are you okay?,” the man asked, “I’m so sorry…”
He apologized many times. Gustav was uncomfortable. Is he the owner of this castle?, he thought.
Gustav was taken aback. In the Dungeon of the Lost Forest, he remembered that he had found footprints of a man and a woman, whoss characteristics met the ones of the people in front of him.
“You! This is unacceptable,” yelled Alan, “I’m the Prince of Morgalea, Alan Morgalea!”
Everyone around him was startled – they thought he was just a random noble.
Gustav and Karl looked at him coldly.
“Is he dumb? He shouldn’t reveal his identity like that…,” said Karl. “He’s too young to understand.”
Gustav agreed with Karl, their captor could use that information and take Alan as hostage.
“You have to free me immediately!”
Reid consulted Baltazar and decided to move Alan, Brest and some of his soldiers to another room.
Orchid removed their restraints and they all stood up.
“Please follow us.” The voice came from the metallic ball placed in the blue knight’s hand. Alan and the others obeyed, confused.
“Wait, please!” Everyone’s gaze was on Gustav. “Are you the Dungeon Conqueror?”
The adventurers were confused. It was hard to believe that the simple man in front of them was the Dungeon Conqueror.
Reid hesitated for a moment. He thought it would be useless to lie at this point. “Yes, I am.” He paused and the room was silent. “I will release you all as soon as possible. Please, wait a little longer.”
He left the room as they were all cheering. Alan approached one of his subordinates and whispered something in his ear. A second later, the men in front of Reid rushed to him.
But Orchid was faster.
She punched them in the jaw, rendering them unconscious. Brest tried to grab Reid but Orchid twisted his shoulder. He fell to his knees, screaming in agony.
him.
Watching all of this, Alan’s face turned pale. He trembled as Orchid approached
“Orchid, wait!”
Reid’s words had been too slow. Orchid punched Alan in the stomach and his chin.
Alan fell backward and passed out.
“Ah, shit!,” said Reid. He knew he was in serious trouble, but he had other things to take care of. He ordered the knight and archers to carry the fallen men into another room and left.
“This woman,” started Karl, “she has amazing strength…”
“I don’t think we can win against her,” Gustav replied, “even if we all fight together.” Gustav was also really impressed in the woman. As everyone was shocked, he tried to calmly assess the situation they were in.

Reid ordered for Alan and the others to be put into a room with beds.
“Baltazar, what do you think we should do now? I hurt the prince, it’s going to be a problem isn’t it?”
“Not really,” calmly replied Baltazar. “Actually, having the prince here will enable us to negotiate with Morgalea.”
“Negotiate?”
“We are not ready to support the Ordo villagers. But with Morgalea’s support, we could.”
“I see…,” replied Reid, “but what kind of negotiations?”
“First, let’s release the man who came with the prince, then we should prepare the negotiation table.”
Reid didn’t know if it was a good idea, but still followed Baltazar and released Brest who had regained consciousness. Reid gave him a letter and watched him leave the castle on a horse.
“I hope it goes well…”
