The room grew dark.
Tina glanced out the window to see the sun already setting behind the mountains. Time had flown by while she was drawing.
Maria also noticed Tina’s presence and the time slipping away.

Tina also sniffed and noticed the scent.
“Tonight’s dinner is curry rice.”

Since Maria was taking care of Tina, she had requested child-friendly dishes from the maid. That’s why they had curry. Next to her was the angelic little girl, surrounded by fluffy and adorable monsters. Maria felt full of happiness being surrounded by these beings that seemed to have come straight out of her fantasies. After Tina’s stomach settled down, Maria, enveloped in happiness, drifted off to sleep, softly breathing in and out.
Meanwhile, Tina felt uneasy without the comforting presence of Ack beside her as usual, making it difficult for her to fall asleep.
