I Possessed a Terminally Ill Omega – Episode 211
From behind, Jin Seon-yoo’s groaning could be heard. It wasn’t a good situation for Han Seung-jae to come up. Moreover, Seo I-Kyung knew Han Seung-jae’s nature. He was the type who would hand Jin Seon-yoo over to Jin Tae-won without hesitation. That way, Seo I-Kyung would return home. This would put Jin Seon-yoo in a difficult situation.
“I’ll come down.”
Seo I-Kyung had no time to consider many things. After saying that and ending the call, he immediately retrieved Jin Seon-yoo’s phone from under the pillow. He used Jin Seon-yoo’s limp finger to unlock it and called ‘Little Brother’ right away.
Jin Seok-young was still a better choice than Jin Tae-won in many ways.
After a short ring, Jin Seok-young’s voice came through. Upon hearing Seo I-Kyung’s voice, he stopped raising his voice as before and lowered it. It was an awkwardly unnatural tone.
[…I was just on my way after receiving a call from Secretary Park, but the traffic is heavy due to rush hour.]
Suddenly, the sound of Jin Seok-young hitting the steering wheel came through the phone. Judging by the “Get out of the way” that could be heard, it seemed like there was a driving dispute. As if coming to his senses, Jin Seok-young spoke to Seo I-Kyung.
[Hahaha, I-Kyung-ssi, you’ve had a hard time.]
Seo I-Kyung ended the call after Jin Seok-young said he would come as quickly as possible. He put on his jacket with one hand. So Secretary Park must have contacted him.
Seo I-Kyung moved around the bed, carefully gathering Jin Seon-yoo’s coat, shopping bag, and phone so that when Jin Seok-young arrived, they could leave immediately with Jin Seon-yoo.
Ring- Not long after, the phone vibrated. Seo I-Kyung took out the phone from Jin Seon-yoo’s coat.
“I’ll open the door now.”
Jin Seok-young entered the suite aggressively. He was trying to force a smile towards Seo I-Kyung.
“Director Han was downstairs.”
Jin Seok-young had seen Han Seung-jae as he hurriedly got out of the car and ran into the hotel lobby, but since it wasn’t a pleasant meeting, he skipped greetings and ran up.
Seo I-Kyung calmly opened his lips.
“I know.”
“This bastard.”
Jin Seok-young, who had entered first, looked at Jin Seon-yoo lying on the bed and was about to get angry but stopped and stretched out both hands. He piggybacked Jin Seon-yoo.
Seo I-Kyung put Jin Seon-yoo’s phone in his coat pocket and followed Jin Seok-young, carrying the shopping bag.
“Don’t shake, my head’s ringing.”
Jin Seon-yoo, on Jin Seok-young’s back, groaned. Seo I-Kyung pressed the elevator button. Jin Seok-young was smiling in front of Seo I-Kyung, but the veins on his forehead were visibly bulging.
Ding- With a clear sound, Jin Seok-young went ahead to the first-floor lobby. Seo I-Kyung hurried his steps. Following Jin Seok-young, Seo I-Kyung saw Secretary Park standing outside the sedan. Han Seung-jae would be inside the sedan behind Secretary Park.
Secretary Park reached for the back seat. To Seo I-Kyung, this scene seemed to unfold in slow motion.
Seo I-Kyung approached behind Jin Seok-young, who was laying Jin Seon-yoo down in the back seat of the parked car. Meanwhile, he saw Han Seung-jae getting out of the car.
“You go home and wait.”
After threatening Jin Seon-yoo, who was sprawled on the car seat, Jin Seok-young turned around roughly and almost collided with Seo I-Kyung. Seo I-Kyung reflexively stepped back, trying to maintain balance. But Jin Seok-young’s hand was faster. If Seo I-Kyung were to fall here, it would be a big problem. He was even pregnant, wasn’t he?
Oops, Jin Seok-young grabbed Seo I-Kyung’s elbow with one hand. Seo I-Kyung’s wobbling legs straightened. Seo I-Kyung had no time to sigh in relief while calming his startled heart. He held out Jin Seon-yoo’s coat and shopping bag.
“I put Seon-yoo’s phone in the pocket.”
“Ah, thank you.”
Jin Seok-young, with a forced smile spread across his face, didn’t even think of checking. He took the coat and shopping bag with his rough hands and threw them at Jin Seon-yoo, who was lying down.
Slam, the car’s back door closed.
Jin Seok-young, while moving, added thanks to Secretary Park for letting him know and hurriedly sat in the driver’s seat. Seo I-Kyung raised his hand to fix his disheveled hair.
‘I hope Seon-yoo will be okay.’
If he had known this would happen, he should have prevented him from drinking wine. He felt sorry that only Jin Seon-yoo was so drunk while he was fine.
However, now wasn’t the time to worry about Jin Seon-yoo. He had told Han Seung-jae he would come down and stayed until Jin Seok-young arrived.
But he had no choice. It wasn’t just anyone, it was Jin Seon-yoo. He was the only friend who had been there for Seo I-Kyung when he had nowhere to turn. So Seo I-Kyung couldn’t think through many considerations. He couldn’t just leave Jin Seon-yoo alone in bed, groaning.
Thud, as he stepped forward, Seo I-Kyung looked ahead. Han Seung-jae’s eyes were cold. He turned his body slightly and stretched out his long arm.
“Get in for now.”
He lightly grabbed Seo I-Kyung’s elbow and led him into the car.
“……”
The sedan smoothly started and left the hotel. Seo I-Kyung’s gaze kept turning to the side. Han Seung-jae, wearing a dark suit, seemed to have stopped by on his way home from work.
Seo I-Kyung opened his lips, then closed them. He had told Han Seung-jae the day before that he would have lunch with Jin Seon-yoo and come back. But it was too dark outside to call it lunchtime.
Above all, unlike Jin Seok-young who got angry or forced a smile while saying insincere things, Seo I-Kyung felt anxiety in a corner of his heart.

“Hey, Jin Seon-yoo. We’re here. Open your eyes. Where did you drink so much?”
Jin Seok-young pulled Jin Seon-yoo, who was sleeping soundly in the back seat, and piggybacked him again. The shopping bag was crumpled in his rough hand, and Jin Seon-yoo’s coat was haphazardly added.
He entered the house and ran up the stairs.
Bang, he roughly opened the door and laid Jin Seon-yoo on the bed. He carelessly placed the items he was holding under the bed.
“When you sober up tomorrow, you’re really…”
Jin Seok-young, gritting his teeth, covered Jin Seon-yoo with a blanket and left the room. Just as he was coming down the stairs, people were greeting Jin Tae-won who was entering the house.
“You’re back?”
“Where’s Seon-yoo?”
Jin Seok-young felt cold sweat running down his back. He responded nonchalantly.
“In his room. He must be very tired, he’s been sleeping since early evening.”
“Are you sure?”
“I told you. I’m coming down after seeing him sleep.”
“If you two are conspiring and deceiving me again like last time.”
As Jin Tae-won watched with suspicious eyes, Jin Seok-young interrupted.
“I told you, we won’t do that anymore. Seon-yoo has come to his senses too.”
Jin Seok-young walked to the sofa and sat down as if avoiding the situation. He asked the resident assistant to bring water.
As Jin Tae-won went inside, Jin Seok-young repeatedly rubbed his face with both hands.
He gulped down the water brought by the assistant. He had been worried sick after one phone call with Jin Seon-yoo, and then Jin Seon-yoo not answering his calls.
He had to bring Jin Seon-yoo home no matter what before Jin Tae-won arrived. There was no time to think of anything else.
He quickly calculated and called Secretary Park. The weather is so nice, is Director Han still under low pressure? There weren’t any bad incidents today, were there? So, I was wondering if you could check something… After a long-winded greeting, he asked if Seo I-Kyung had returned home.
And shortly after, Secretary Park, who said he would check, called back. Jin Seok-young then rushed to the hotel and brought back Jin Seon-yoo, who was sprawled on the bed.
Jin Seok-young sighed deeply.
“I’m really going to die before my time, squeezed from above and below. I need to get rid of that thing quickly somehow. Ha- who would even take someone like that?”

Click, Seo I-Kyung came out of the bathroom after showering. He tightened the robe belt and went downstairs to change into pajamas.
Throughout the ride home, Han Seung-jae didn’t say a word in the car. But he didn’t show any signs of displeasure either.
It was as if he had just picked up Seo I-Kyung on his way home from work.
Seo I-Kyung came out of the dressing room and was heading towards the elevator when he turned around. Butler Do spotted Seo I-Kyung and approached.
“Is there anything you need?”
Seo I-Kyung calmly murmured.
“Please prepare some snacks to take to the study.”
