I Can Fix Her - Chapter 1: Free Fall
“Well, teacher, why can’t you….why can’t you… why can’t you reciprocate my love?”
The room was dimly lit, and the large windows cast two silhouettes. A young man was tied to a chair, and a girl stood in front of him. Her delicate and fair fingers lifted his chin, her tone resentful, her voice full of grievances.
Outside the window on the 28th floor, looking at the busiest part of the city, various neon lights illuminated a colorful sea of lights in the distance. However, inside the room, the light was dim, only casting a hazy glow on the faces of the young man on the chair and the girl in front of him.
The young man chuckled softly, lowered his eyelashes, with an air of indifference, his expression calm and devoid of desire.
“…”
The girl’s tone became even more aggrieved as she accused him softly.
“Teacher, please speak!”
“In the past, you were so good to me, why have you become like this now?”
“You promised me that you would be with me, that you would always be good to me, always smile at me…”
The girl sobbed softly and crouched down in front of the silent young man, her hands resting on his thighs. She looked up at him with a posture that resembled a cat begging for its owner’s mercy.
The young man’s gaze shifted.
But he remained silent.
The bitter plea of her feelings not being responded, and the girl’s look of grievances gradually changed.
“If that’s the case, then I want to have you, teacher,” she said with a smile. The light coming in from the window, unable to penetrate her eyes, was dark. She was wearing a thin-strapped, one-piece dress, not revealing much, with her beautiful shoulders and delicate limbs. Her youthful innocence and purity made her captivating.
The young man continued to maintain a silent expression, but his gaze followed the curve upwards.
However, the girl noticed his gaze, lowered her head, and leaned down to whisper in his ear.
“…Teacher, do you also like looking at me?”
Her expression suddenly changed, “Then why won’t you say whether you like me or not? Every time I ask you, you evade the question, and then you go kiss someone else. Hey, hey, hey, teacher, do you think it’s better to kiss someone else? You want to kiss other people and not me?”
Her expression became increasingly frenzied.
The young man’s expression was one of pity, like a deity looking down upon fervent and crazy worshipers.
But his gaze uncontrollably wandered over that snow-white skin.
“But I’ve already decided, I want to be with you, teacher, always and always in this room.”
“Giggle Teacher~ We still have a long life ahead of us~ I won’t let you leave Until you say you love me~”
“Teacher is the most considerate man, so… you will certainly take responsibility…”
Her pupils shrank, and her breath quickened with excitement.
Moving closer to the young man, she assumed a posture as if preparing to take a kiss.
And then—
Then the glass of the floor-to-ceiling window shattered, a strong wind roared and raged, and the luxurious sheer curtains billowed outward and then abruptly rolled inward.
The girl looked in astonishment out the window, and the young man, who had maintained a deadpan expression all along, finally showed a hint of surprise.
Outside the 28th-floor window, there was a figure, wearing a snowy white mask with one half crying and one half smiling, a white shirt, dress pants with the sleeves rolled up to the elbows, resembling a white-collar worker who had just finished work and was preparing to have a drink with friends. He stared at his phone, comparing messages.
“Qin Ning, 17 years old, the only daughter of the Qin Family Group Head, 165 centimeters in height, and weight…. all correct, physiological features confirmed, you are her without a doubt.”
The masked young man put away his phone.
“Hello, I’m the disciplinary committee member who would be in charge of you, Bai Weiran.”
“Miss Qin Ning, you have been selected for inclusion in the Obsessive Love Girl Records. You need to undergo strict behavioral correction. Please come with me immediately. You have the right to remain silent, but there is no possibility of finding a lawyer or reporting to the police. Apart from me taking you by force and knocking you out to take you, you have no other choices.”
As Bai Weiran spoke, he took two steps forward and landed steadily on the carpet, glancing around the room.
The room had been carefully prepared, decorated with roses to create a romantic and surreal flower sea. On the bed, rose petals were arranged in the shape of a heart, and inside the rose heart were contents such as a necklace, handcuffs, and various indescribable props commonly found in honeymoon suites.
Suddenly, a flash of silver, a long knife pointed straight at him.
In front of him was the knife, and behind him was the 28-story drop.
“Who are you? Are you another person trying to stop me from being with my teacher?” The girl tilted her head, and the outside light only illuminated the lower half of her face. The upper half was concealed in darkness, with only her eyes, deep and terrifying, visible without any hint of light.
“In terms of operational logic, yes,” Bai Weiran nodded calmly.
“…Then you can go to hell! Whoever tries to stop me from being with my teacher will die.”
Qin Ning sneered and swung her knife forward at lightning speed. Her trained skills were agile and flexible, resembling a cat’s agility. With this swing, she intended to either make a bloody mess or force the person to dodge and fall.
But nothing happened; her attack missed.
Bai Weiran walked over to the young man bound to the chair and examined him.
As expected, even trashy men can be good-looking, one of the sure ways of gaining a yandere love is to have a gentle appearance.
With his hands behind his back, he lowered his head to look at his pants, let out a chuckle, and then turned back to meet the surprised gaze.
“Miss Qin Ning, our lesson has begun. The first lesson: men who keep silent, don’t communicate, and act reluctant yet welcoming. They just want you to guess, with an attitude that’s unpredictable, deep in thought for half a day, and then suddenly say: Let’s break up, I don’t love you anymore, you hurt me, I’m not interested in you- and so on.”
“Forgive my bluntness, but such people are trash, scumbags.”
“The more you chase them, the more despicable they become, and the more they enjoy giving you a hard time.”
The girl couldn’t stand hearing someone insult her beloved like that and rushed towards Bai Weiran barefoot, intending to confront him.
Bai Weiran sidestepped, reached back with a grappling move, and quickly bound the girl’s hands behind her. She struggled like a cat trying to slip away, but he didn’t show any mercy. It was as if he held a serpent by its head and turned the girl’s face toward the young man tied to the chair.
“A real man, when he says he doesn’t love you, he means it. He won’t be thinking about anything with you because men with integrity consider their responsibilities for the future. However, this person complains about you, says you’re restraining him, imprisoning him, rejects you in various ways, and portrays you negatively. But now, seeing your body, he gets excited. That’s not a symbol of love.”
Bai Weiran’s voice grew colder.
“He just wants to have fun.”
Qin Ning let out an angry shout, but Bai Weiran ignored her and continued in a low voice.
“Let me provide Miss Qin with a little knowledge.”
“Physiologically, men find it easier to experience pleasure than women. According to statistics, three to four out of every ten women in the world have never truly felt pleasure in their sexual experiences with men. In terms of hardness and endurance, a real man can’t compare to adult toys.”
“Because men experience pleasure faster than women and their pleasure points are more easily stimulated. Biologically, men are natural hunters. Once they get what they want, they look for the next target. That’s why most men find it difficult to consider their partner’s feelings after experiencing pleasure.”
“What you want to do to him in this room, he will act reluctant and uninterested, but his body will respond spontaneously. Trust me, he will have a better experience tonight than you. You have no experience, and you’ll just end up suffering all night.”
“Don’t be misled by those fantasy stories.”
“Don’t use your own romantic ideals to romanticize what will happen tonight. It’s really not that interesting. Don’t romanticize everything, like sacrificing yourself for love, because the idea that pain is sweet when the person you love is inside you is far from the truth. If it’s not good, it’s not good. One-sided love combined with people who don’t take responsibility and don’t say no is just a tragedy.”
“I came here to cure your obsessive love.”
Bai Weiran pinched Qin Ning’s neck, and the resisting girl suddenly went limp as if her bones had been removed. She remained conscious, with only a pair of large, shining eyes staring at him in shock and bewilderment.
Bai Weiran hoisted the girl’s graceful body onto his shoulders like carrying a sack of rice and walked over to the chair.
“Come, let me show you how ordinary people really are. See clearly that the one you thought you couldn’t have is just someone with a face that acts like the whole world owes them billions.”
He kicked the chair with the person from the 28th floor.
The young man was bound and couldn’t move, so he could only watch himself fall.
The girl’s eyes widened, tears poured out uncontrollably, and her screams pierced through the night.
“No—!!!”
