- Chapter 71 - Extra Chapter [Three Babies in One Pregnancy] II
Wan Zhong hugged the snake eggs and didn’t realize what was happening. He never expected that giving birth to snake cubs would be so simple.
Then he still…
Wan Zhong blushed and put his clothes back on, while kicking Xuan Ming’s knees and complaining about the inappropriate choice of words, which caused him to misunderstand and be scared in vain. He then stood up and sat in Xuan Ming’s arms, observing the snake eggs he had laid very carefully.
Xuan Ming encouraged him: “Touch.”
Wan Zhong carefully stretched out his finger and touched the eggs gently. The eggshell was hot and felt harder than steel.
“It’s amazing,” Wan Zhong said, looking at the three eggs and feeling an unprecedented warmth in his heart. He asked with some anticipation, “When will they hatch?”
“That depends on your ability.”
“But I’m not a snake; can I really hatch them?” Wan Zhong gently bumped his snake’s shoulder with his elbow and raised his eyebrows. “How about you?”
The snake’s tail circled his spouse and the snake eggs in the basket. Xuan Ming kissed Wan Zhong’s lips and said, “You are my spouse. My eggs are naturally born by you, and you must hatch them.”
His demeanor and tone were somewhat arrogant.
One person and one snake were chatting when an egg in the basket moved slightly, then stood up unsteadily in the eyes of its parents. It stumbled and rolled to Wan Zhong’s hand, coquettishly rubbing its cool, smooth eggshell against its mother’s thumb on the edge of the basket. Then it rolled in the soft grass, secretly pushing the other two eggs out…
Wan Zhong signaled Xuan Ming with his eyes: ‘This kid is a tricky one.’
Xuan Ming frowned slightly, hugged Wan Zhong’s waist from behind, rested his chin on his spouse’s shoulder, and continued to watch.
The other two snake eggs also reacted to the collision. One weakly dodged, and the other tried hard to fight back.
In the end, the two very lively eggs suddenly reached a consensus and began to collide with the weak egg hiding in the basket. After working together to push it out of the basket, they started to fight again.
Wan Zhong held the weak snake egg in his palm, and Xuan Ming continued to watch the battle in the basket.
In the end, the egg that moved first won.
It happily shook its egg body in the basket and kept rolling around to mark the territory it had just conquered. Finally, it didn’t forget to rub Wan Zhong’s finger again to please him and act coquettishly.
Although the three snake eggs had not yet hatched, their characters had already taken shape.
Wan Zhong put them in three baskets respectively. He originally wanted them to coexist peacefully, but he didn’t expect that the unusually lively and active egg would be so overbearing. It always sneaked out when the parents weren’t paying attention and climbed into the other two baskets to show off its power and bully the other eggs.
A person must know how to resist. Even if they lost, they must try their best to fight.
The weak one was pushed out of the basket and rolled on the ground every time, waiting pitifully for its parents to pick it up.
Later, they probably all loved picking on the weakest one.
The two eggs once again formed an alliance and joined forces to bully the weak egg.
At first, Wan Zhong just preached, telling the two eggs not to do this. Later, one egg became obedient while the other remained stubborn. Wan Zhong immediately hit it hard and beat it to pieces, then made a straw cage to cover it.
The little thing to refuse to accept it, it immediately buried itself in the grass and got into a cold war with him.
Wan Zhong said to Xuan Ming, “This guy is really troublesome. He will probably be domineering and problematic in the future.”
Xuan Ming was noncommittal, his eyes misty and lost in thought.
Recently, he would always stare at the snake eggs in the cage in a daze, not speaking, just watching quietly. Occasionally, there would be deep nostalgia in his eyes.
Wan Zhong hugged Xuan Ming from behind, rested his head on his broad and straight back, and asked, “What are you thinking about? You don’t respond when I talk to you.”
Xuan Ming still didn’t speak and hugged Wan Zhong into his arms fiercely, kissing him with venting force and concentrated enthusiasm. Each time felt as if they had never embraced before.
Like their first night.
Like every passionate and fervent night in the past.
Wan Zhong buried his head in Xuan Ming’s arms, panting to calm his breathing. He heard he whisper, “I miss the Emperor of Heaven…”
Wan Zhong noticed it, patted Xuan Ming’s back, and said softly, “Go turn into a snake, give me a hug.”
Then Xuan Ming’s slender body turned into a little black snake more than a meter long. It looked at its spouse with watery green eyes and curled itself up with its tail into a small snake ball.
Wan Zhong hugged it into his arms, just as Xuan Ming always hugged him with cold and safe arms, holding it tightly in the warm bed. Without saying a word, he just touched it gently, kissed it, comforted it until it fell asleep in his arms, snoring softly, and then he breathed a sigh of relief.
.
That night, after Wan Zhong fell asleep, a cold and slippery snake tongue kept licking his face, making a weak hissing sound.
He held the snake ball in his arms, thinking it was Xuan Ming. He stretched out his hand sleepily but touched a sticky liquid. When he opened his eyes, he saw a red candle burning on the pillow. In the weak, flickering candlelight, a small black snake as long as chopsticks and as thick as a finger was spitting out its tongue and licking him non-stop.
“Ahhhhhh!!!” Wan Zhong yelled, patting the snake ball in his arms and shouting in fear, “Snake, snake, snake, snake, snake! Xuan Ming, help! There’s a snake!”
The snake cub that had just broken out of its shell: [~~~]
It raised its tail and hissed, spinning in circles happily.
Thinking that its mother was so excited, it believed he must like it very much, right?
