Summary
When Jiang Shiyu moved into the Shen family at the age of 16, he met Shen Li. It didn’t take long for them to get together. From then on, everyone knew that the frail and beautiful Jiang Shiyu was the treasured apple of Shen Li’s eye.
Shen Li protected him like a dragon guarding its treasure, slowly nurturing the broken and fragile Jiang Shiyu back to health.
A car accident caused Shen Li to suffer brain damage, leaving him with all his memories except those of Jiang Shiyu. After the accident, he believed himself to be a straight man and scorned Jiang Shiyu, even though everyone around him said that he was the one who first harbored impure thoughts and tirelessly took care of Jiang Shiyu.
Shen Li didn’t believe a word of it, scoffing at the notion, and sternly told Jiang Shiyu, “I’m straight, stay away from me!”
Later, at the school’s freshman opening ceremony, Jiang Shiyu was invited to play a piano piece, stunning the audience. The performance received thunderous applause, and a bold freshman even confessed to him on the spot, causing quite a sensation.
Backstage, in a narrow utility room, he was pressed against the wall with a hand over his mouth. The skin on his neck was rudely bitten, and he tilted his head back like an oxygen-deprived swan.
Shen Li buried his head in his neck, speaking with dissatisfaction and grievance, “Baby, you’re too beautiful.
Can I hide you away?” The difference in size and complexion was stark, with the frail and delicate Jiang Shiyu resembling nothing more than a sickly, pampered cat.
